A Freelance Account, Project and Community Manager with Raid Guild, an experimental and co-operative Web3 development DAO
My Name is Ian Boucher. I'm an outdoor junky, climb/bike + sled/ride.
My purpose though is to unlock the potential in those around me. Web3, and specifically the DAO space, provides particularly fertile ground for this mission. As an Account, Project and Community manager I've used my skills to bring artists' and clients' dreams to life, while providing my community with meaningful and engaging work. As a DAO builder I've created spaces for individuals to engage with their passions and provide utility for a nascent ecosystem.

January 2021 - Present
• Onboarded clients from the Raid Guild funnel through consultation, determining scope and project fit
• Constructed nimble freelancer teams, matching available personnel resources to project needs
• Fostered and maintained client relationships for continuing engagement with Raid Guild
Oct 2021 - Present
•Designed and launched two Yeeter campaigns bootstrapping the Raid Brood DAO
• Designed the Proof of Drink NFT and led product creation
• Directed the five Raid Brood releases from concept to brewing operation to packaging
• Formed the DAO and legal entity superstructure for Raid Brood enabling on-chain governance and real world liquor licensure
Feb 2022 - Present
• From ideation to fulfilment. Product improvement and implementation. Forming the team, growing the MVP, defining specifications, and bringing that product into life.
Jan 2020 - June 2021
• Worked with ownership to develop brand and craft recipes that integrated latest industry advancements and local tastes
• Developed systems for inventory management, maintenance of equipment, and repair of equipment
• Crafted and led staff education program for sensory evaluation, background on beer styles and their ingredients
